Gary Crossley Ford is one of the Midwest’s leading Ford dealerships, known for exceptional customer service and a high-volume service department. Our Quick Lane provides fast, convenient maintenance services, and our Business Development Center (BDC) plays a key role in connecting customers with our service team.

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to support our Quick Lane service department.


Position Overview

The Quick Lane BDC Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers seeking maintenance services such as oil changes, tires, batteries, and routine vehicle care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with phone, text, and digital communication.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries for the Quick Lane service department

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently

  • Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers and promote maintenance services

  • Provide accurate information about Quick Lane services, pricing, and availability

  • Coordinate with advisors and the Quick Lane team to ensure appointment readiness

  • Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system

  • Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience with every interaction


Qualifications
  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred

  • Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication and phone skills
