As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customerinquiriesor complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assistsall customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuringoptimumcustomer service.

  • Responds to customer's inquiries ina timelyandaccuratemanner according to the policy of the dealership.

  • Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.

  • Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.

  • Invoices work orders andacceptspayments from customers;submitsreports and receipts to accounting.

  • Provides quotes or estimates to customersregardingservice needed.

  • Advisescustomers ofcurrent statusof their vehicle as well as anyadditionalwork that may be required.

  • Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive field.

  • 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.

  • CDK experience.

  • Aptitude for numbers.

  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
