Job description

Rodman Ford Sales, Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Advisor for our Tire amp; Auto Center.
Duties Include:
  • Greeting guests and obtaining customer and vehicle information
  • Identify and understand customer’s service needs
  • Create and maintain customer relationships
  • Open Repair orders and document service needs and approvals
  • Prepare repair estimates and communicate them effectively with customers
  • Coordinate with technicians to determine when a job will be completed
  • Ensure warranty repairs are covered and gain approval as needed by Ford
  • Keep customers up to date on vehicle status
  • Other various tasks assigned by the manager
