We’re looking for a Service Advisor, to join our Crown Honda location who is passionate about customer care, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. With a recently expanded service shop and a rapidly growing customer base, this is the perfect time to join one of Manitoba’s fastest-growing dealership groups.


What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for customers throughout their vehicle service experience. After a thorough 90‑day onboarding program, you will:


  • Warmly welcome customers as they arrive in the service drive
  • Perform walkarounds and review vehicle history, open recalls, and maintenance needs
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
  • Use multiple computer systems to create accurate estimates and service recommendations
  • Keep customers updated via text, phone, and email
  • Review completed work, explain charges, and book future maintenance appointments
  • Follow up to build strong relationships and repeat business

What You Bring


  • 1–3 years of automotive experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate manual transmissions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Genuine customer service mindset and active listening skills
  • A collaborative, motivated attitude aligned with our CARMA Values
  • Additional languages are an asset
