The Role

We are hiring a Service Advisor / Manager who can perform at a high level in a structured, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Converting inbound calls into booked appointments (no price quoting)
  • Managing workflow and dispatch
  • Overseeing parts ordering, returns, and organization
  • Supporting front-of-house operations and team coverage as needed

This role requires someone who is organized, decisive, and performance-focused.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $125,000
