Leif Johnson Automotive is growing, and our Austin store needs a proven Service Advisor who loves helping customers and keeping the shop running smoothly. If you bring professionalism, energy, and at least two years’ advisor experience, let’s talk.

What you’ll do

  • Greet every customer, listen to concerns, and translate them into clear repair requests

  • Build accurate estimates and keep customers updated on status and next steps

  • Partner closely with technicians to deliver quality work on time

  • Close out RO’s, review findings / warranties, and ensure each guest leaves confident in our service

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  4. Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
  5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools
