As a Service Advisor, you will provide 5-star customer service by greeting customers, assisting them with vehicle inquiries, and writing service tickets as needed. What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll build strong customer relationships and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. You'll oversee the service process from start to finish, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships.
  • Manage the service process, from initial contact to completion.
  • Ensure vehicles undergo lock-out/tag-out procedures for safety.
  • Assign work orders to skilled technicians and monitor job completion.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Complete work orders and assist with inventory management.
  • Support over-the-counter sales and assist with fleet accounts.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag compliance.
