Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Estes Park, CO
Compensation: $90,000-120,000+

About the Role

Estes Park Tire & Auto is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor for our Estes Park, CO shop. This opportunity is perfect for advisors living in Fort Collins who want a rewarding career in a family-owned, high-volume mountain shop with competitive pay and steady work.

Responsibilities

Primary:

  • Sales: Sell automotive repairs and services to customers based on their needs, with integrity, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

    Secondary:

  • Administrative: Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts needed.
  • Other tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop. Examples could be: running a shuttle, checking out customers, cleaning the bathroom, picking up a part, or any other task that can be safely completed which is needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience
  • Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience
  • Working computer knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
