Krones Inc. is currently seeking a high school student intern for the 2026-2027 school year. This internship will take place 100% on-site at our North American Headquarters in Franklin, Wisconsin. The Service Administration Intern will support the Service Department with Concur expense processing and SAP invoicing activities. Responsibilities will primarily include reviewing expense reports submitted by traveling employees, analyzing supporting documentation, researching discrepancies, and helping resolve issues. This role offers exposure to administrative processes, business systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements
  • Must be a junior or senior currently enrolled in high school and on track to graduate.
  • Must be eligible for an internship block during the school year that allows for a work schedule aligned with our first shift.
  • The position will require approximately 15-20 hours per week.
  • Must be at least 16 years old by the start of the internship.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Krones Inc. in Franklin, WI.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and build cross-functional skills.
  • Audit invoices, identify non-compliant invoices, and route concerns to the appropriate service team contacts.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team and Billing Department to support process and document improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to learn SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and Adobe software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in business administration, accounting, or operations.
