Position Summary
Hidden Valley Country Club is seeking hospitality-minded Servers who take pride in creating genuine connections and delivering exceptional member experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who are naturally warm, highly personable, and skilled at remembering names, faces, and preferences. Our Servers are ambassadors of the Club and play a key role in making members feel recognized, comfortable, and well cared for.
 
Essential Responsibilities
  • Deliver attentive, polished food and beverage service in all dining areas and club events
  • Greet members and guests warmly, learning and using names whenever possible
  • Anticipate member needs and personalize service based on known preferences
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, daily features, and club offerings
  • Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Uphold HVCC service standards, appearance guidelines, and hospitality culture
  • Respond to member feedback professionally and with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming service areas
