We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Position Summary
As a Server at David’s Grill, you’ll deliver an exceptional dining experience to our members, golfers, and local guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable moments, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in providing polished, attentive service in a high-energy setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all members and guests
  • Maintains full knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including daily features
  • Takes accurate food and beverage orders and enters them correctly into the point-of-sale system
  • Serves food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensures compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards, including verifying legal drinking age and monitoring guest consumption
  • Checks back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipates needs
  • Suggests and upsells menu items such as desserts, coffee, and specialty beverages
  • Processes cash and credit card payments according to established procedures
  • Maintains clean, organized, and guest-ready tables, dining areas, and workstations
  • Addresses guest concerns promptly and professionally and escalates when appropriate
  • Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times
  • Completes opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned
  • Supports team members and assists with additional tasks as needed
