Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $16.90/hr - $16.95/hr
    • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make connections with guests and co-workers
  • Share our passion for the mountains during service
  • Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
  • Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
  • Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
  • Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs

The expected pay range is $16.90/hr - $16.95/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
