Position Purpose:

Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Responsibilities:  

Listen to the Customer

  • Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests’ preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages and alcohol policies.  
  • Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude. 

Be Respectful of Company Resources

  • Use the till system responsibly, ensuring accurate transactions and minimizing errors.  
  • Adhere to pre-order processes to reduce waste and streamline operations. 

Show Urgency

  • Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day. 
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 

Create Positive Energy

  • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service. 
  • Train new servers to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team

Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories:

  • Food and Beverage
  • All issued training testing throughout employment

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

  • Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
  • Authorized to legally work in the US
