Job description

Do you like a fast-paced environment! Do you like having cash at the end of your shift! If you are at least 18 years of age, then you should apply for the Server position! Your focus will be to make sure the Guests are happy and have everything they need during their visit. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN!


JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet Guests promptly with “Margaritas today?” and provide fresh Chips and Salsa.

• Card Guests under the age of 40.

• Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!

• Serve our Guests quickly and efficiently.

• Be a Team player

• Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!

• Deliver Guests’ food hot and fresh from the kitchen.

• Serve our Guests quickly and efficiently.

• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit

• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras

• Sidework & Cleaning duties

• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area



ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

- Regular and reliable attendance

- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

- Must provide responsible alcohol service

- Verify identification and age requirements of Guests

- Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Handle Guests’ payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments

- Able to operate the POS system

- Ability to lift, balance, and carry large trays of food and beverage.

- Pre-Bus tables

- Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, entrees, and drinks.
