Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Par-Tender is the face of our Indoor Golf Facility and plays an integral role in our customer’s golfing and dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about our simulators, drinks, the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Take food and beverage orders from customers
  • Answer questions about our golf simulators and game modes
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining customer facing areas and the facility overall
  • Check with customers periodically during their reservations to ensure they are satisfied
  • Monitor game play and ensure guests are having an amazing time while playing or spectating
  • Provide customers with their checks at the end of their reservation and process payment
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience as a server is preferred
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
