Customer Service and Sales Representative (Relief Driver)
Location: Rapid City, SD (Travel to Gillette, WY and Chamberlain, SD may be required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative (Relief Driver) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver clean textile products to customers on a relief route and provide exceptional service. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into managing their own route in the future.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver clean textile products to customers on assigned routes.
  • Operate a company vehicle in a designated service area.
  • Promote route growth and support new business development.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and product accuracy.
  • Perform product inspections and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Support additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a delivery driver is a plus.
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to Gillette, WY and Chamberlain, SD as needed.
