Key Responsibilities
Creatively Design Encounters with God
- Serve as the primary worship leader for approximately 75% of Sundays each year at the Noblesville campus.
- Provide an environment for people to engage in worship and the Word by leading worship team development in all areas (song selection, chart preparation, rehearsal, run-through, and service execution).
- Shepherd the congregation through relationship, care, and pastoral support.
- Lead Creative Team meetings to design series and encounters that bring to life the central themes of sermon series and individual sermons.
- Schedule, plan, and execute at least one Night of Worship per calendar year (more if desired).
- Partner with the Tech Director and team to prepare for Sunday morning services.
Develop a Team of Worship Leaders
- Provide leadership for service execution through Weekend Experience meetings, rehearsals, run-throughs, and services, using Planning Center as the primary tool for communication.
- Disciple worship team members in their faith and help them develop their God-given musical gifts.
- Build and grow the worship team by identifying, recruiting, and assimilating gifted musicians.
- Create moments throughout the year to celebrate, thank, encourage, and foster unity among worship team members.
Support Noblesville Ministries in Worship Encounters
