In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience
• SAP consulting experience with SAP ATTP experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP ATTP implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in serialization, aggregation, commissioning, decommissioning, shipping, receiving, and track & trace processes.
• Experience integrating SAP ATTP with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP EWM/WM, MES, and Packaging Line Systems.
• Knowledge of EPCIS, serial number management, event repository, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with SAP CPI/PI-PO, IDocs, APIs, XML, and Web Services.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain and logistics processes.
• Working knowledge of global serialization regulations such as DSCSA, EU FMD, India DAVA, Russia Chestny ZNAK, and other country-specific mandates.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Lead end-to-end SAP ATTP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Design and configure serialization and track & trace processes to meet global compliance requirements.
• Manage integrations between SAP ATTP, SAP ERP/S/4HANA, EWM/WM, MES, packaging lines, and external regulatory systems.
• Ensure compliance with global pharmaceutical serialization and reporting regulations.
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production support activities.
• Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with business, supply chain, manufacturing, and compliance teams to optimize traceability processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution design documents.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.
• Act as the primary SME for SAP ATTP and pharmaceutical serialization initiatives.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with SAP Information Collaboration Hub (ICH) and SAP Business Network for Life Sciences.
• Exposure to SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions.
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Knowledge of GMP, GxP, and validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Global rollout experience across multiple countries and regulatory landscapes.
• SAP certification in ATTP or related SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Experience leading onsite-offshore teams and solution architecture discussions.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000
