Position Description & Qualifications

Serco is excited to begin support for the Exercises and Operational Training Infrastructure Division (AF/A35E) Program. AF/A35E provides strategic policy, guidance, and capability development for the Air Force (AF) Exercise Program, Operational Training and Test Infrastructure (OTTI), supports A35’s role as OTTI Cross-Functional Team (CFT) lead, and serves as the operations subject matter expert for Strategic Basing and Encroachment Management.

As a pivotal component of the AF/A35E team, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals committed to enhancing DoD operational readiness.

Serco has exciting opportunities for candidates with varying experience to significantly impact warfighter readiness and operational effectiveness. MAF DMO consists of diverse opportunities, including the following areas of expertise:

  • Operations Research Analysts

  • Modeling & Simulation (M&S)

  • Operations & Exercise Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

  • Simulation & Instructor Operators

  • Support Services & Administration

CONUS Sites Include:

  • National Capitol Region

  • Nellis AFB

  • Hurlburt AFB

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of War (DoW) security clearance (Secret or higher may be required for some roles).

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or additional years of relevant experience in technical, engineering, cybersecurity, or program management fields in lieu of degree).

  • Prior experience supporting AF/A35E, or other DoD M&S programs is strongly desired.

  • The ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
