Gastroenterology Physician Locum Tenens Job | South Georgia

We are seeking a Board Certified Gastroenterologist for ongoing inpatient coverage in south Georgia. This position is designed for a physician who values a predictable, high-quality workflow with robust support systems in place. The idea candidate will be comfortable covering inpatient and ERCP procedures.

Requirements:
-Active Georgia medical license
-Current Board Certification in Gastroenterology


Schedule & Clinical Details:
-Starting: September 2026 and ongoing (have the specific weeks open)
-Rotation: Ongoing coverage with preferred dates above 
-Daily Volume: Anticipate 6โ€“7 procedures per day
-ERCPs are required
-EUS is preferred
-24/7 Anesthesia available
-1-2 inpatient APP's who will assist with inpatient consults
-EMR is Meditech
-The physician would also have Gastro inpatient APRNs/Pas to assist with the inpatient rounding from 8 am โ€“ 5 pm each day.
