We are seeking professionals with at least 4 years of experience in injection molding automation environments. Candidates should have hands-on experience with robot programming and troubleshooting, preferably with Sepro, Fanuc, Yushin, or Wittmann robots. Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial sensors, servo motors, motion control systems, VFDs, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment is required. Experience in troubleshooting molding automation systems, performing preventive maintenance, supporting mold trials and new product launches, and working with EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling) is highly preferred. The ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics is essential.

Summary
Seeking an Automation Technician with experience in injection molding automation environments to support robotic systems, molding equipment, and manufacturing processes. The role involves troubleshooting automation systems, programming molding robots, performing preventive maintenance, supporting mold trials and product launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot molding automation systems, including robots, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
• Program and optimize molding robots (Sepro, Fanuc, Yushin, Wittmann) for part handling and packaging applications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment.
• Support mold trials, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in injection molding automation or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with robot programming and troubleshooting.
