Job description

We are a high-volume personal injury law firm focused on maximizing client outcomes through operational excellence, technology, and aggressive marketing.

We are building an in-house marketing department and are seeking an experienced SEO and AI Search leader to own organic growth across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging AI platforms.

This is not a content coordinator position. This is not a social media position.

We are looking for someone who can directly impact signed cases and revenue.


What You’ll Do


Own all SEO strategy and execution

Increase rankings for highly competitive personal injury keywords

Lead local SEO initiatives across Google Business Profiles and Maps

Develop and execute GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies

Improve visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI search engines

Oversee website architecture and technical SEO

Direct content strategy and AI-assisted content production

Manage outside vendors and agencies when necessary

Build and manage an internal SEO/content team

Develop reporting systems focused on leads, signed cases, and revenue

Work directly with ownership to create growth initiatives


7+ years of SEO experience

Proven experience ranking highly competitive keywords

Strong understanding of technical SEO

Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profiles

Experience managing SEO teams or agencies

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools

Ability to demonstrate measurable business results from prior campaigns
