Title: SEO Analyst

Pay: $50

Duration: Contract until end of the year 2026

Position Overview:

We are seeking an SEO Analyst to join a high-impact digital analytics and optimization team supporting enterprise-level SEO initiatives. This role was repurposed from a heavily technical SEO position into a more analytics- and insights-focused function due to the addition of a third-party technical SEO support team through Akamai.


The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in traditional SEO, coupled with experience analyzing performance trends, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating actionable insights to leadership and technical stakeholders. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external SEO partners to improve search visibility, reporting, and overall digital performance.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze first-party website and search performance data to identify:
  • SEO gaps
  • Performance issues
  • Optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain SEO performance reports, dashboards, and executive-facing insights
  • Track and communicate search performance trends to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Partner closely with third-party SEO and Akamai support teams on ongoing initiatives and optimization efforts
  • Participate in recurring meetings with external SEO partners and internal stakeholders
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical and product teams
  • Monitor emerging trends related to AI-driven search experiences and generative search optimization
  • Support visibility and reporting efforts related to:
  • AI Overviews (AIO)
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • AI search performance metrics


Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SEO, digital analytics, or search performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of core SEO principles, technical SEO concepts, and organic search optimization
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify meaningful performance trends
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics strongly preferred
  • Team primarily uses Adobe Analytics rather than Google Analytics
  • Candidates with Adobe Analytics experience will be able to ramp up quickly
  • Exposure to AI search visibility, generative search optimization, or AI-driven reporting metrics
  • Familiarity with:
  • AIO (AI Overviews)
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Experience working with enterprise SEO tools and external SEO partners/agencies
