Job description

Sentry Force Security is seeking an experienced and dependable Security Account Manager to oversee security operations across multiple assigned accounts.This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage security personnel while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have previous security management or supervisory experience and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, officers, and company leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily security operations for assigned accounts.
  • Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers.
  • Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits and officer inspections.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and coverage needs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and company leadership.
  • Handle employee concerns and provide operational support.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of security personnel.
  • Review reports and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
  • Identify and address performance or operational issues.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and security teams.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Virginia DCJS Armed or Unarmed Security Officer Registration or be willing to obtain one.
  • Previous security supervisory, management, or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
