The University of Iowa Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Division of Hematology, Oncology and Blood & Marrow Transplantation are seeking a BC/BE medical oncologist for a growing practice at University of Iowa Health Care Cancer Services - Quad Cities in Bettendorf, IA. The position will be at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor, on the tenure or clinical (non-tenure) track, depending on qualifications. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

Patients can stay near home while receiving the benefits of the only cancer center in Iowa designated by the National Cancer Institute as a comprehensive cancer center. Our expert cancer treatment includes:

UI Health Care Cancer Services - Quad Cities is an outpatient department of University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics - your Quad Cities connection to patient care and research expertise of the only comprehensive academic medical center in Iowa.

For appointment to the clinical or tenure track, successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any misconduct history or pending research misconduct investigation including but not limited to sexual misconduct in prior employment and provide a related release and will be subject to a criminal background and credential check.

Education Requirement:

Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent.

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency Program is required.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must evidence their commitment to clinical teaching, clinical researchand have patient care experience in medical oncology.
