Construction Superintendent – Lead High-Performance Commercial and Industrial Builds

Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as the primary field leader, leveraging data-driven decision-making and rigorous processes to deliver complex construction projects. This role offers the chance to manage diverse builds from concept to completion within a self-performing EPC firm that values integrity and hard work.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Sentry's high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to subcontractors and internal crews to maintain strict project timelines.
  • Interpret detailed architectural drawings and technical specifications to prevent structural misalignments or logistical delays.
  • Implement process-oriented workflows to monitor project progress and hold all team members accountable for their specific deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of field reports and safety protocols to ensure total transparency throughout the build lifecycle.
  • Resolve real-time technical challenges on-site by applying innovative problem-solving and leveraging available project data.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Intimate familiarity with the end-to-end construction process and onsite project management.
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on complex blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong track record of holding crews and subcontractors accountable for quality and schedule adherence.
  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to various project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a leadership capacity within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects within the commercial, industrial, or agricultural sectors.
  • Advanced understanding of safety standards including OSHA, Fall Protection, and lift operations.
