Job Title: Sr. WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer 

Location: Will be onsite 4 days a week in Michigan?

Job Description:

·       Our Company is seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer to join our ATLAS program team.

·       This is a critical role supporting the deployment and ongoing configuration of enterprise workforce management solutions for over 55,000 employees across the United States and Canada.

·       The ideal candidate brings multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration experience and holds a current WorkForce Software certification.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program

·       Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations

·       Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations

·       Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity

·       Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves

·       Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada

·       Document configuration standards, processes, and change history

·       Provide post-deployment support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkForce Software functionality

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance

Required Qualifications:

·       Multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience

·       Current WorkForce Software certification

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·       Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environments

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving
