Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer to support the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience and a current WorkForce Software certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues while supporting system stability and data integrity.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across the United States and Canada.
  • Document configuration standards, processes, and change history.
  • Provide post-deployment support and serve as a subject matter expert for WorkForce Software functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.
  • Develop innovative solutions beyond standard configurations.
  • Balance technical requirements with user experience.
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Drive results in a deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience.
  • Current WorkForce Software certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with SaaS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of WorkForce Software modules, including:

  • Experience configuring or supporting WorkForce Software in manufacturing environments or locations.
  • Knowledge of union and non-union workforce requirements.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing shift operations and scheduling complexity.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations involving 10,000+ employees.
  • Understanding of Canadian labor regulations and timekeeping requirements.
