  • Experience within a major agency, media company, or sports-related organization preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level digital design work across web and CMS platforms
  • Expert proficiency in WordPress (theme customization, page builders, CMS management)
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and front-end best practices (executional knowledge, not engineering-heavy)
  • Experience with Figma and modern design collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with additional CMS platforms is a plus
  • Working knowledge of AI tools in design/development workflows
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and digital design systems
  • Ability to interpret and execute within strict brand guidelines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • A design-first thinker with the ability to bring concepts to life digitally
  • Passionate about sports, culture, and building a career in the sports industry
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong aesthetic standards
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple fast-moving projects
  • Client-focused with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented
