As aCWMD Computer Programming SME, you'll bring yourexpertise in Python, C++, and Visual Basicto design and implementrobust modeling systemsthat evaluate the impacts of CBRN threats on Air Force operational readiness and air operations. You'll work alongside defense thought leaders to create accurate simulations and computational frameworks that strengthen CWMD capabilities and mitigate risks.

You Have:

• Experiencedesigning and developing complex software simulations and tools utilizing Python, C++, and Visual Basic for CBRN environments
• Knowledge ofprogramming algorithms, systems programming, and simulation modeling frameworks aligned with CWMD policies and air operations
• Ability tointegrate scientific data into computational models to address CBRN readiness challenges and operational resilience requirements
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencedelivering software solutions tailored to CBRN threat mitigation and air operations
• Knowledge ofmathematical modeling, risk assessment processes, and geospatial software tools used in operational simulation
• Ability tocreate scalable computational solutions that integrate with CBRN operational platforms with minimal disruption to field operations
• Master's degree in Computational Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Programming
• Advanced Tool-specific Programming Certification such as Python Advanced Development Certification, or CBRN-specific Computational Approaches Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
