Job description

We are STS Government Solutions (SGS), a government contracting and consulting firm supporting several military installations and federal agencies across the nation. We are currently supporting a new mission in San Antonio, TX and seeking additional team members to join our team. SGS is seeking a Windows Engineer III for a new effort at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX.
What You'll Do:
  • Designs, integrates, implements, and provides engineering support for an organization's Windows server systems and applications and for the creation of new server systems and applications.
  • Manages and maintains the physical and virtual Windows server infrastructure, and collects data from various systems to ensure the workstations are functioning efficiently, securely, and responsively.
  • Develops, tests, and deploys automated workflow in support of the IT business, building on existing tools, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Integrates the Windows environment into existing automation endeavors.
  • Streamlines and adds consistency for automation of system and application deployment and improvements.
  • Improves and automates the daily operations and monitoring of cloud-hosted environments.
  • Improves existing maintenance and deployment procedures and technique, and provides technical documentation for all completed projects.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ yrs of recent relevant experience.
  • CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP or Legacy VCP or MCP or MCSE.
  • TS/SCI Clearance
