• Lead architecture, engineering, and operational support for Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and Kubernetes platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized application hosting environments.
• Develop platform engineering standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, and related automation tools.
• Lead platform modernization efforts, including cloud adoption, private cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and container orchestration.
• Establish high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and security standards across Windows and Kubernetes environments.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and capacity management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Develop automation for server provisioning, patching, cluster lifecycle management, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with application teams to onboard workloads onto Kubernetes platforms.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, audit, and regulatory requirements.
