Job description

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a clinically strong and people-focused Assistant Director of Wellness (DOW) to lead health services within our beautiful Brickmont at Acworth senior living community. Qualified LPN candidates with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

This role is ideal for a nurse leader who takes ownership of clinical outcomes in partnership with the DOW, acts with integrity, remains focused on resident safety, and believes our culture truly matters.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and develop LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and Caregivers
  • Manage medication systems, pharmacy partnerships, and documentation standards
  • Support family communication and care conferences
  • Prepare for participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits 
  • Drive a culture of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence 

What We're Looking For

  • LPN license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)

  • Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations

  • Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
