Senior Water Resources Project Manager - Baton Rouge, LA
Halff has an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to fulfill the role of a Senior Project Manager specializing in our Water Resources practice located in our Baton Rouge, LA location.
This is an excellent opportunity to provide strategic support to expand our water resources practice in Louisiana.
The ideal candidate will bring experience working with FEMA, the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana (CPRA), LADOTD, river and levee authorities, local governments, and private clients. The successful candidate should also have proven experience in managing existing clients, developing new clients, managing a project team, and leading project delivery.

    What you will need:
    • 10+ years of experience in Water Resources project delivery.
    • Bachelors or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
    • PE License in Louisiana, or can obtain within 6 months.
    • Robust communication, written and verbal, skills.
    • Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff.
    • Technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and 2D Modeling software packages.
    • Proven business development experience.
    • Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality.
