RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Voice Engineer in Orlando, FL.
Summary:
The Senior Voice Engineer will support and enhance enterprise voice and communication infrastructure. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of voice systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in voice technologies along with the ability to lead initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Duties:
* Design, implement, and maintain voice infrastructure solutions across enterprise environments
* Manage and support voice systems, including call routing, messaging platforms, and network configurations
* Oversee administration and optimization of voice and unified communications systems
* Collaborate with telecommunications providers and third-party vendors to support system performance and maintenance
* Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex voice-related incidents
* Lead upgrades, migrations, and enhancements to voice platforms
* Ensure systems meet performance, security, and reliability standards
* Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
