They work on designing user interfaces, marketing materials, and other visuals to ensure a consistent and appealing look across all platforms. In addition to hands-on design work, they often lead design teams, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and help set the overall creative direction for projects. Their role requires a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and current trends in visual communication.

  • Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-assisted creative tools, thoughtfully incorporating new approaches where they add value.
  • Mentor junior designers through feedback, design critiques, and collaborative problem-solving when opportunities arise.

Requirements
  • 5 - 10+ years of professional design experience
  • Excellent visual designer with strong digital and print portfolio

  • Strong ability to be resourceful and solution oriented
  • Willing and ready to work on PPT decks if needed
  • Able to create consistent systems across campaigns, decks, social, landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and sales materials

Nice to have:
