Job Description
As a Sr Quality Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the quality engineering function within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Sr Quality Eng Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance product quality, and achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality products, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. Your leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality engineering function
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality engineering projects
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
  • Manage and optimize quality engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and develop a high performing quality engineering team

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, operations, manufacturing, with demonstrated strong interpersonal, leadership, and people management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, build effective working relationships, and drive organizational objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
