BHN is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) to join our Executive Leadership Team and help guide the future of behavioral healthcare in the region.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Vice President, you will serve as a key member of BHN's Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will oversee operational and clinical leadership, ensure financial sustainability, and foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and excellence across the organization.

  • Lead a comprehensive business model that integrates operations, clinical care, and strategic initiatives

  • Oversee financial, material, and human resources to ensure sustainable growth

  • Establish strategic vision and operational leadership to deliver high-quality, equitable care

  • Collaborate with community partners, providers, and agencies to expand access and services

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex behavioral health, substance use, and disability issues

  • Foster a culture that values equity, social justice, diversity, and accessibility

  • Guide executive leaders and unify teams to drive BHN's mission forward

Who You Are:
  • Master's Degree in Human Services, Health Care Management, or a related field required

  • Relevant license (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT) preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in human services or healthcare

  • Nonprofit management experience strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of health insurance, population health, and behavioral healthcare systems

  • Visionary leader with excellent communication and consensus-building skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
