JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Vice President of Sales provides strategic leadership and oversight of ADG's enterprise-level sales organization across three core Business Units (BUs): Peachtree, AWC, and Granco. The primary mandate of this role is to lead the full spectrum of sales related to cabinets, countertops, flooring, and all interior finishes ensuring unified strategies and strong alignment across BUs.

A critical focus for this leader is the development and execution of an integrated "Whole-House" solution strategy, bundling ADG's diverse product categories into a single, seamless offering that drives market presence, increases "wallet share" per rooftop, and enhances profitability.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and implement unified sales strategies across cabinets, countertops, and flooring for all three BUs (AWC, Peachtree, and Granco).
  • Design and execute a cross-category bundling framework that incentivizes national and regional builders to consolidate their interior finishing needs under a single ADG contract.
  • Define annual revenue, market expansion, and profitability goals that specifically track the success of bundled product categories.
  • Monitor national market trends to guide integrated product positioning and competitive strategies.
  • Implement unified sales strategies across cabinets, countertops, and flooring for all three BUs.
  • Leadership of Sales Organization
  • Lead, coach, and develop all VP-level Sales leaders across Peachtree, AWC, and Granco to ensure they are aligned with the enterprise bundling strategy.
  • Establish consistent sales processes and performance expectations that reward cross-BU collaboration.
  • Build a high-performing leadership team that fosters innovation in how bundled solutions are presented to the market.

Enterprise Customer & Builder Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior relationship leader for key national and regional builder accounts, presenting a unified ADG value proposition.
  • Oversee strategy for customer partnerships and negotiate high-value, multi-category (bundled) agreements.
  • Support BUs in developing deeper customer penetration by leveraging the strengths of one product line 

Sales Operations, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Lead enterprise forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales performance management.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate projections and efficient delivery execution.
  • Drive adoption of CRM, analytics tools, and data driven decision making across BUs.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Drive alignment across BUs to ensure cohesive product strategies and seamless go-to-market execution for bundled programs.
  • Work closely with Procurement and Operations to ensure the supply chain is optimized for the simultaneous delivery and installation of bundled products.
  • Lead enterprise forecasting and reporting, providing data-driven insights into the performance of integrated sales initiatives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.  Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.  Leads VP level Sales leaders across Peachtree, AWC, and Granco with indirect oversight of regional/market sales teams; exercises enterprise decision rights on sales strategy, pipeline priorities, and portfolio bundling, while coordinating execution with BU leadership.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred. 
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including enterprise or multi-unit oversight. 
  • Expertise in building materials installation services and interior finishes preferred. 
  • Demonstrated success leading senior-level teams and managing complex sales cycles. 
  • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and executive-level communication skills. 
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
