Job Description/ Requirement:
  • 3-5+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
  • Advanced expertise in Figma.
  • Experience creating high-fidelity, production-ready designs, prototypes, and design documentation.
  • Strong understanding of component-based design, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise applications, and service-support tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills
  • AI-enabled applications, assistants, chatbots, or decision-support tools.
  • Contact center/customer service applications.
  • Healthcare or health insurance domain experience.
  • Internal enterprise tools and Build-Operate-Transfer environments.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills.
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
