At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.

Lyft connects people to transportation to change the way we live and get around our communities. Lyft is North America's leader in micromobility. We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join our Montreal office to work on Lyft's micromobility Operations Technology team.

As a member of the Operations Technology team, you'll be responsible for evolving the platform that drives the global on-the-ground operations of our business. You'll be designing features that are used in warehouses, vans, & on-the-ground to make our transportation systems some of the most reliable in the world. You'll confront complex technical challenges & advocate for experiences that delight our operators and promote efficiency.

We can be scrappy when we need to be, though we are always focused on quality and influence.

As a qualified candidate, you have a track record of leading projects to successful outcomes for users and the business. You are a strong cross-functional partner, a great communicator, and are able to take a solution from idea to implementation. You uphold a high-quality bar and have a strong appreciation for the details. Above all, you approach problems holistically and create elegantly simple solutions to multi-faceted problems.

  • Inspire the entire team (including your cross-functional) partners by bringing new ideas to the table.

  • Lyft is proud to support new parents with 18 weeks of paid time off, designed as a top-up plan to complement provincial programs. Biological, adoptive, and foster parents are all eligible.
