Job description

We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing organization within the financial technology space seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support critical treasury operations during a high-growth period. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on treasury professional who enjoys balancing day-to-day cash management responsibilities while contributing to major strategic initiatives and system implementations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex financial challenges, and wants to make an immediate impact. The team is lean, collaborative, and highly visible, offering the opportunity to influence treasury operations while working alongside leadership on projects that directly support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity activities across a large portfolio of banking relationships and accounts
  • Monitor daily cash balances and reconcile expected versus actual cash activity
  • Oversee ACH payment processing, monitoring, controls, and audit activities
  • Process and review high-volume financial transactions and refunds
  • Support treasury operations through commercial banking platforms such as Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, and similar institutions
  • Create and maintain payment templates, banking workflows, and treasury controls within banking portals
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reporting and analysis
  • Partner with operations, finance, and project teams to support ongoing initiatives
  • Assist with treasury and cash management system implementations and enhancements
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and operational improvements
  • Investigate and resolve cash and reconciliation discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with NACHA guidelines and treasury best practices
  • Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of treasury, cash management, banking, payment operations, or finance experience
  • Strong understanding of ACH payment processing and treasury controls
  • Experience working within commercial banking portals and treasury management systems
  • Knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and daily cash positioning
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Highly Preferred Qualifications
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification
  • Experience with treasury management, cash management, or fintech platforms
  • Experience supporting or participating in treasury system implementations
  • Exposure to Trovata or similar treasury/cash management solutions
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
  • Banking, fintech, insurance, payments, or financial services experience
