Celestar Corporation is seeking aSenior Mission Trainer (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA. LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph

  • Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
  • Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.

Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
โ€ข Required Education: Bachelor's degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate's degree with 12 years' experience.
โ€ข At least5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audience.
โ€ข At least 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
โ€ข Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
