Job description

About Us
Near North Title Group is a leading title insurance company dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise in real estate transactions. With offices across multiple regions, we pride ourselves on our commitment to protecting property rights and supporting our clients in achieving their real estate goals.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Florida-licensed attorney with a background in residential and/or commercial real estate to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to support real estate transactions, resolve title issues, and help grow the company’s title business through legal expertise and professional relationships.
This role is well suited for an attorney who maintains their own law practice. Attorneys may continue representing their existing clients while leveraging the resources, infrastructure, and brand of a full-service title company to handle real estate transactions. Attorneys are compensated for revenue they generate through their real estate clients, within the framework of a licensed title company. We are open to hiring additional attorneys who are paid based on production and are committed to supporting them in building and growing that business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, prepare, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, escrow agreements, deeds, and indemnities using company-approved forms.
  • Examine and clear title matters to facilitate smooth closings.
  • Support residential and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Market the company’s title services to realtors and other referral sources, including mortgage lenders.
  • Deliver presentations and training on real estate-related topics to internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff, customers, attorneys, and lenders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with real estate transactions and a working knowledge of title and escrow processes.
  • Existing relationships with realtors, developers, or other referral sources that can generate title orders are a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Why Join Us?
Near North Title Group is a rapidly growing company with a reputation for exceptional service, thought leadership, and a “get to yes” mindset. Our clients range from first-time homebuyers to top real estate developers, law firms, and lenders nationwide. We are committed to a collaborative, inclusive, and community-driven culture. If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to have you on our team.
