We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale manufacturing expansion in a fast-growing environment for one of the main companies in the USA,
This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact within manufacturing operations on the region!
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing scale-up initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Suppliers, Finance, Workforce Planning)
Drive CAPEX, OPEX, and staffing plans from strategy to implementation
Oversee and manage budgets exceeding $20M, ensuring strong financial governance (EVMS or similar)
Provide clear and consistent updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and budget
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of project management experience
Proven success scaling manufacturing operations in high-growth environments
Experience managing large, complex programs
Background in automotive, telecom, or industrial manufacturing
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 50% travel to Mexico
