WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join Nike's GARM (Global Audit and Risk Management) team, a collaborative group of risk professionals dedicated to protecting Nike's value and brand. The Senior Auditor will report directly to the GARM Director and support work that is highly visible to our NIKE, Inc. executive management and the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Global Audit Risk Management (GARM) team partners with management across the enterprise to enhance and protect NIKE's value and brand through world-class risk management capabilities, such as internal audit and risk advisory services.
We're seeking an experienced auditor who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual brings strong audit expertise, sharp project management skills, and the ability to "connect the dots" across complex business landscapes. Success in this role requires curiosity, confidence, and the ability to influence through insight. You'll challenge the status quo, foster collaboration, and deliver recommendations that optimize risk and drive value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk advisory consulting, or public accounting
  • Proven ability to identify and assess business risks and controls, perform root cause analysis, and work with business partners to develop practical recommendations for optimizing risks
  • Advanced knowledge and application of audit and risk craft
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)

Preferred
  • Professional certifications including CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, CFE
  • Subject matter expertise in any of the following: Consumer Products, Brand and Sports Marketing, Retail and Wholesale Strategy and Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Fraud, Legal
  • Demonstrated data analytics capabilities
  • Understanding of Information Technology general controls and risk concepts
  • General understanding/knowledge of NIKE's business and operating model

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll lead audit and advisory projects that strengthen Nike's risk posture and deliver actionable insights. Your work will span assurance, risk-based audits, and strategic initiatives-always focused on adding value and influencing outcomes.
