**Senior Technical Program Manager – Operations Data Platform**

Location : Santa Clara, CA


**Experience:** 8+ years | **Education:** BS/MS in CS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent


**Role Overview:**

Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead **Operations and Data Platform initiatives**, driving cross-functional engineering programs from requirements through delivery. The TPM will build roadmaps, manage risks, coordinate technical teams, and communicate progress to leadership and Ops stakeholders.


**Key Responsibilities:**


* Lead project planning, requirements, scheduling, standups, and retrospectives.

* Drive **Diagnostics (Diags) projects** with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, and Operations teams.

* Define scope, success criteria, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.

* Own business requirements and development of technical use cases.

* Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

* Provide executive-level project updates, decisions, risks, and status.

* Manage multiple programs in a fast-paced technical environment.


**Must Have:**


* **8+ years** of Technical Program/Project Management experience.

* Strong experience working with **Product Engineering + Test Engineering**.

* Experience with **Operations/Data Platforms or hardware-related programs**.

* Familiarity with **Python and server hardware**.

* Strong roadmap, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
