The Team:

The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis is a global function at the heart of our growth. We go beyond recruiting to act as trusted talent advisors and candidate experience champions, driving strategies that bring future leaders into the business.

We are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with expertise in GTM technical talent to join our Raleigh office.  This role offers the chance to directly influence our success, in a fast-scaling, international environment.


The Role:

As a trusted partner to our GTM technical organizations, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.You will be a strategic advisor to our leaders, bringing not only recruiting expertise but also actionable talent insights that influence hiring decisions and shape our overall talent strategy.

You will act as the trusted partner to our hiring leaders and the main point of contact for our candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Leveraging your background in hiring top technical talent you will bring credibility and market expertise to every search.

Celonis is the market leader in Process Intelligence, and our TA team embraces this innovation daily. With our technology embedded in our ATS, you'll have access to real-time data and advanced reporting tools that sharpen your ability to advise, plan, and execute.

The work you'll do:

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with our regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Value Engineering roles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers.

Market Research & Talent Insights:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position Celonis as an employer of choice.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers to aid in decision-making and strategy development.

Recruitment Process Excellence: 

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
  • Leverage our ATS and Sourcing Tools to ensure excellence and efficiencies are adopted in our working practices

The qualifications you need:

  • A background in Technical GTM recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
  • Strong understanding of technology and industry trends.
  • End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
  • Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product , Technology or IT Services businesses.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners.
