Job description

Position Summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to lead enterprise-level systems integration activities across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal Agency environments. You will provide technical leadership in integrating complex systems-of-systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures to ensure enterprise interoperability, performance, and mission readiness. You will oversee integration planning, implementation strategies, technical design packages, and lifecycle sustainment activities across large-scale GEOINT systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency enterprise environments.
    Oversee a total systems perspective across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
    Guide Mid-Level and Junior-level Systems Integrators in execution of integration activities.
    Direct planning, implementation approaches, testing, documentation, and sustainment of integrated systems.
    Oversee development and execution of engineering plans and technical design packages.
    Analyze system dependencies, relationships, and interoperability across enterprise architectures.
    Lead integration of complex System of Systems and Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
    Ensure alignment of integration activities with enterprise architecture and mission requirements.
    Oversee integration of services, systems, subsystems, and infrastructure components.
    Provide technical leadership for resolving complex integration issues and system conflicts.
    Support integration testing, validation, and verification activities across enterprise systems.
    Ensure compliance with engineering standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
    Coordinate across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
    Provide technical oversight for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises integration efforts.
    Advise Government stakeholders on integration strategy, system readiness, and risk areas.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
    12+ years of systems integration experience supporting large-scale System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
    Experience leading or supporting enterprise integration across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
    Previous Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) program/project experience.
    Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project experience.
    Experience leading integration activities in complex enterprise environments.
    Strong understanding of systems integration principles and enterprise architecture concepts.
    Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field.
    Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages.
    Experience leading enterprise integration efforts in GEOINT or intelligence community environments.
    Experience developing or overseeing engineering plans and technical design documentation.
    Familiarity with cloud, hybrid, and on-premises enterprise architecture integration strategies.
