Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient, and highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with People Operations, Total Rewards, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience, from recruiting to performance tracking, while ensuring seamless system functionality and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong internal customer support skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. You should bring hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent/Performance, and related modules, as well as the curiosity and adaptability to learn and implement new tools and features. As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead cross-functional People Systems projects from ambiguous business needs through launch, translating company and team priorities into scope, milestones, owners, decisions, risks, and phased delivery plans.

  • Own Workday configuration and business process improvements across HCM, Compensation / Advanced Compensation, Talent / Performance, Reporting, Security, and related modules. Effectively build, maintain, and troubleshoot new or existing integrations.

  • Provide production support by triaging, resolving, and preventing system issues.

  • Design and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans for Workday configuration changes; manage defect tracking through resolution.

  • Maintain security role assignments to ensure compliance and system integrity.

  • Conduct training sessions on new system updates and changes while providing ongoing support to ensure user adoption and understanding of system functionality.

  • Building customized reports, including the creation or maintenance of calculated fields, is required

Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our San Francisco, Seattle, or Los Angeles hub.
