Job Description

Position Summary:



Our Company is seeking an ERP Administrator with
a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains/GP. A broad understanding
of finance and accounting with a business analyst background a plus. The
primary focus of this position will be to manage all aspects of our Dynamics GP
System. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for implementing, maintaining
and supporting Dynamics GP and to streamline the Company's business processes
in accounting, payables, receivables, finance and management reporting.



This would be the perfect opportunity for a
seasoned ERP Systems Analyst looking to transition into a growing healthcare
company. Initially, a large part of this role will be writing complex reports,
standardizing systems workflow processes, implementing budgeting and planning
applications, and expanding GP through standardization across multiple entities. The company will further explore activity
based cost accounting in the healthcare sector longer term.



Your Role with the Company:




  • Oversite over all aspects of the ERP including source
    system interfaces, process flow and configuration

  • Work closely with ERP end-users, administrators,
    consultants and vendors

  • Assist in Dynamics GP system configuration to support
    new and existing requirements

  • Provide quality checks on reports and exports to ensure
    exceptional quality

  • Managing system related helpdesk requests through resolution

  • Deploy, maintain and generate reports from data sources
    within Dynamics GP and other sources

  • Work closely with all levels of end users to gather
    requirements and design specifications for new reports which will be used
    for quality and outcomes reporting as well as strategic business decisions

  • Support and improve the existing data warehouse,
    exports and reports

  • Work closely with Business Intelligence and Development
    teams to develop required relational data management, stored procedures
    and reporting as needed to support the ERP

  • Create automation scripts to expedite tasks between
    environments

  • Develop testing plans for new or modified applications
    and participate in the testing process to ensure that the business
    requirements are met

  • Provide timely technical support and appropriate
    availability to end users

Qualifications

Background Profile:




  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years of
    relevant professional experience

    • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and processes

  • Microsoft GP experience along with GP partners

  • A background in finance, accounting, and business
    analysis

  • Experience writing queries in MS SQL or Oracle
    databases

  • A strong understanding of business reporting and
    analytics

  • Experience working with/in a healthcare environment
    preferred


Preferred Qualifications :




  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains /GP

  • Finance, Healthcare billing and receivable management,
    payable, budgeting and planning, purchasing, and Inventory Modules
    knowledge a plus

  • Experience with MS SQL, SSRS, and SSIS

  • Experience with installation and deployment of software

  • Help desk experience a plus, more specifically for an
    ERP system

  • Active Directory knowledge a plus
